One package was booked on Sep 2022 for the travel date of 21st Dec 2022 Onwards, Guwahati – Shillong – Cherrapunjee – Dawki- Tour of 7 night and 8 days(2 Adults & 2 children of 9 & 10 Yrs) , Mr, Kanak Pal and Anupama Pal of Ankush Travel finalized the Land package at Rs 80K( Hotel in MAP Basis and Car only). As per Mr. Kanak Pal, the booking was done by him on cost to cost basis and he kept zero margin. Well, once we arrived at Shillong, we realized how big LIAR is Mr Kanak Pal of MTTI(my Travel to Inida)
The hotel given to us in Shillong was almost in a jungle, 17km from City, not at all in Shillong. Moreover, he charged us for 4 heads in the package and provided us with a double bed room, in spite of having a family room available at the hotel, just to save money. He gave us the worst hotel in Shillong for 3 nights. In spite of reporting issues about the hotel on day 1, he didn’t take a single effort to resolve issues.
I was surprised when I evaluate my land package costing and it was just 40-45k in total. Just how much a liar is Mr. Kanak Pal and his travel agency. He literally cheats each and every guest who booked through My Trip to India or Ankush Travel. Now I understood despite being in business for the last several years, his company does not exist on the Internet, just because of his exorbitant pricing and money-grabbing attitude. He and his travel agency does not have the guts to place an unbiased Customer Review Page anywhere on the internet like other travel agencies.
Once I read his comment – that his packages are not for – “Sasta – Sundar expected persons”. But what I realized that he has ZERO CAPABILITY of Handling PRICEY PEOPLE.
I suggest everyone, never book any packages from such money hunger, greedy Travel agents or travel agencies like Mr Kanak Pal, Anupama Pal or their travel agency MTTI My trip to India or Ankush Travel.
Even I have heard that his travel agency has duped lot of money from various guest before lockdown and did not refund any amount to those guests. MTTI or My Trip To India has closed their delhi travel agency office and Mr. Kanak Pal has now working from an undisclosed place. Its also questionable that Mr Kanak Pal with Mrs Anupama Pal has ran way from West Bengal duping a lot of Money from various local guests and small travel agencies.
