Despite the glowing reviews and promises of a fantastic tour, I faced numerous issues throughout the entire journey. Here, I outline the key problems I encountered to provide an accurate picture of my disappointing experience.
Misleading Itinerary:
The itinerary advertised by the travel agency was not what was delivered. Not only were several promised sites and activities excluded, but the order of the tour was haphazard, leaving us feeling confused and disoriented.
Subpar Accommodations:
The hotels we stayed in were far from the “luxury accommodations” we were promised. The rooms were cramped, poorly maintained, and lacked basic amenities. The staff was also unresponsive to our requests for assistance.
Unprofessional Tour Guides:
Our tour guides seemed to be inexperienced and unprepared for the job. They often arrived late, provided inaccurate information about the sites we visited, and failed to ensure that all members of the group were accounted for during excursions.
Overpriced Packages:
Considering the substandard quality of the services we received, the tour package was grossly overpriced. This left us feeling cheated and taken advantage of.
