Complaints against Tatasky DTH

I , Sushil Kumar on 28 Nov2022 recharged my tatasky broadband connection for 6 months paying an amount of Rs. 6500/-. Since 28 Nov 2022 there is no internet connectivity at my home. Raised a complaint through tatasky app and also through customer care as well. But there has been no support from customer care. Till Today my issue is not resolved. No technician has visited till now to check what is the issue. I have been calling customer care 2-3 times every day and every time I call some new guy is picking up the call and promise to resolve the issue in 24hrs this promise is made every other day. It has been several days now and except for making this false promise, nothing has been done.
My suggestion is to stay away from Tatasky broadband.
I have even written mail to tataskybroadband almost everyday mentioning no one is looking into my issue and the only thing I receive is an apology and again a false promise that the issue will be resolved soon which is not happening.
After falling prey to this service, I found that many other customers have been put thru this trouble.
There is no service provided and they don’t want to refund my money as well.
Writing this review so that it could help someone before they subscribe to Tatasky broadband services.
