I am writing to you about my experience with the Mitashi TV I bought from showroom. I have had nothing but trouble with it since day one. It started malfunctioning after 1 month and the customer care team did not help at all. At first they said they would replace it but then they stopped responding when I asked them to send someone to check it out. They also did not respond when I asked them to send me a new remote control or give me a refund so I could buy another brand of TV.
