I am very disappointed with Hotel Pushpa Berries in Puri. I had high hopes for this hotel as it had good ratings online and was in a great location, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment.
The room was dirty and smelled musty. The bed sheets had stains and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I had to ask for additional linens and had to clean the bathroom myself. The air conditioning was not working properly, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they were not able to fix it.
The service at the hotel was also lacking. The staffs were unresponsive and unhelpful. They were not able to provide any assistance when I needed it and seemed to be more interested in their own tasks than helping their guests.
