A travel agency like MTTI or Ankush Travel is supposed to coordinate between the customer and transporter n u guys fail at your job…..more than that ppl through which we were trying to communicate were awful…..most of the time u didn’t pick up our call and used to talk in most disgusting manner……are madam apka hi to kam kar re h bar bar phone kyu kar re ho….. We already deposited the advance but response from u guys after that was just not acceptable…… U guys ditched us at the last moment, stopped taking calls in the midway of tour. Once they received full package amount Mr Kanak Pal and Anupama Pal will not entertain you anymore. No complain and no amendment will be entertained. Even they give you a lodge with no basic amenities instead of a Hotel, they don’t care anymore. …I advice guys to be more honest and have a better customer care services…..you guys are d worst traveling agency to book any transport, hotel and tickets …..ppl who are thinking to take services from you shud change their minds…..my genuine reviews about them-they will ditch you at the last moment.
