I am writing this review to warn travelers about the horrible experience I had with MTTI, a travel agency in New Delhi.
I had an unfortunate experience with a travel agency called MTTI. To be more precise, it was My Trip to India(contact No-9810688690) or “MTTI” for short. It’s run by two people: Kanak Pal and Anupama. Another name of their travel agency is Ankush Travels.
The first time I booked a trip with them, they gave me the worst hotel possible—a place that was full of roaches and bedbugs. The rates they charged were exorbitant, and they didn’t even give me any kind of discount when I complained about the hotel.
The worst part was that they didn’t entertain any complaints or problems that we faced during our trip. They just stop responding to my calls once I paid them in full for the tour.
I definitely would not recommend using MTTI or Kanak Pal if you’re looking for any kind of customer service or help planning your trip!
